If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason whatsoever, return it to us for a refund. Please return it within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund. All returned items must be undamaged, uninstalled and in excellent condition. You must include all paperwork, and properly package the graphic to avoid damage. If you receive your Windowscape and Visorscape is damaged due to shipping, alert the shipping carrier immediately, and save all original packaging.

If the mistake was ours, we will refund the ground shipping charges. Credits, refunds, or exchanges cannot be issued for improperly packed items. No credit or refund will be issued for damaged, used, incomplete, or special order items.
